NurseCore is seeking skilled Private Duty Nurses to provide home care for an adult quadriplegic male patient in Northwest Las Vegas.

PLEASE NOTE: This patient can be strong-willed, so patience, resilience, and professionalism are essential. Care includes G-tube feeding, ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and safely lifting/transferring in and out of bed, wheelchair, and vehicle. Physical strength and stamina are required. Nails should be kept short for safe hands-on care.

Scheduling Requirements:
Ability to work (2) two consecutive, back-to-back shifts within the following options:

Day Shift (12-hours): 7:00am–7:00pm on Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon
Overnight Shift (12-hours): 7:00pm–7:00am on Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon
Overnight Shift (8-hours): 11:00pm–8:00am on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
At least one year of post-grad experience
Skilled with G-tube feeding, ventilator support, and tracheostomy care
Physical strength to safely lift and transfer patient
Patience, tolerance and professionalism
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB results within the last 12 months
Successful completion of a background check
