Position: Medical Assistant 
Location: West Palm Beach-  Physician Office Setting
Schedule: Every Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Potential for additional hours

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Medical Assistant to support a physician office with routine clinical and administrative duties. The candidate must be able to commit to working every Thursday and should be prepared for the possibility of additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Pulling patient charts

  • Setting up exam rooms

  • Assisting the physician and/or nurse during patient visits

  • Supporting general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Must a  Medical Assistant (MA)

  • MAs must be fully credentialed and provide a valid MA certification

  • Prior experience in a physician office or similar healthcare setting preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

     

  • Qualifications:

  • Current physical received  within the last 6 months 
  • 1 year of experience as a MA
  • CPR
  • Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
  • TB test showing a negative result
