NurseCore is hiring a Respiratory Therapist Trainer to lead hands-on ventilator and tracheostomy training for our clinical team. You’ll team up with the Clinical Director to boost nurses’ skills and confidence in home health. 

This is a per diem role with hours based on training needs. $55 - $60/hour. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Train nurses during orientations and ongoing in-services
  • Demonstrate proper care and management of ventilators and tracheostomies
  • Provide clinical guidance to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
  • Strengthen the skills and confidence of our nursing team in the home setting
What You'll Need:
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Current, unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on RT experience (home health preferred)
  • Expertise with ventilators and tracheostomy care
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience teaching, mentoring, or guiding clinical staff
