What You’ll Do:
  • Provide overall clinical leadership and direction for home care services in full compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Oversee and coordinate patient care, including assessments, care planning, recertifications, and discharge planning
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service excellence
  • Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement (QAPI), and compliance initiatives
  • Partner with the Branch Director on staffing, recruitment, and professional development of the clinical team
  • Conduct home visits, oversee training and competency for Home Health Aides, and manage client concerns with professionalism and care

Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in Florida
  • Minimum 3 years of current nursing experience as an RN
  • Pediatric experience required
  • 1+ year of home health experience
  • Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of home health regulations a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
