Labor & Delivery RN (707) Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMNight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Assignment availability and schedules may vary based on facility needs. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients.
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable California regulations.
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of one (1) year recent Labor & Delivery or related acute care experience.
Current BLS certification required.
Current ACLS certification required.
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred or required by facility.
Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, drug screening (where permitted by law), and credential verification.
Ability to meet all hospitals and California state compliance requirements.
Pay Transparency The anticipated pay rate for this position is $55.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, certifications, assignment location, shift, and facility requirements.
