NURSECORE is looking for skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide essential in-home care. We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts, plus sign-on bonus potential!
We've welcomed several new patients who require 24/7 care, and we're looking for dedicated LPNs to help fill morning, afternoon, and evening shifts throughout the Valley.
Experience with ventilators, trachs, or G-tubes is a plus, but we also provide training and ongoing support!

Provide one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of a patient’s home
Support patients with lifelong conditions, empowering them to live with dignity and comfort
Depending on the patient, G-tube feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and oxygen support
Wound care management ensuring safety with infection control and universal precautions
Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and care teams
Educate patients and families to help them navigate their care needs
Perform other nursing duties as required based on the patient’s needs
What you’ll need to join the team!
Active LPN license in Nevada
At least one year of professional hands-on nursing experience
Ventilator experience? Bonus points!
Compassion and dedication? Non-negotiable
Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification
Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray (within the last 12 months)
Successful completion of NurseCore’s background check
