NURSECORE is looking for skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide essential in-home care. We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts, plus sign-on bonus potential!

We've welcomed several new patients who require 24/7 care, and we're looking for dedicated LPNs to help fill morning, afternoon, and evening shifts throughout the Valley.

Experience with ventilators, trachs, or G-tubes is a plus, but we also provide training and ongoing support!

  • Provide one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of a patient’s home
  • Support patients with lifelong conditions, empowering them to live with dignity and comfort
  • Depending on the patient, G-tube feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and oxygen support
  • Wound care management ensuring safety with infection control and universal precautions
  • Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and care teams
  • Educate patients and families to help them navigate their care needs
  • Perform other nursing duties as required based on the patient’s needs
What you’ll need to join the team!
  • Active LPN license in Nevada
  • At least one year of professional hands-on nursing experience
  • Ventilator experience? Bonus points!
  • Compassion and dedication? Non-negotiable
  • Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification
  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray (within the last 12 months)
  • Successful completion of NurseCore’s background check
