Home Care Nursing Opportunity – Palmetto, FL
Location: Palmetto, FL
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week (Exact Hours TBD)
Patient: 7-Year-Old Girl with Cerebral Palsy

We are seeking a LPN or RN in Palmetto, Florida. This opportunity involves providing in-home care for a 7-year-old girl diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She is G-tube dependent, non-school attending, and new to the area. The patient lives with her mother in a private residence.

       Details:

  • Patient Age: 7 years old

  • Primary Diagnoses: Cerebral Palsy

  • Care Needs: G-tube care, assistance with ADLs, mobility support, monitoring for safety and comfort

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week – flexible scheduling (details pending)

  • Environment: Private home with mother present; patient does not attend school

  • Current unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida

  • Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years

  • Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas

  • Clear Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)

  • Current In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted)

  • Negative TB Test Result

  • Ability to work independently in a home care environment

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
