Job Title: CNA/HHA - Personal Care Assistant for 22-year-old female
Location: Lehigh Acres
Schedule: 13 hrs- Sunday 7a-8p
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care for a 21-year-old female with quadriplegia. The ideal candidate will have experience with personal care and be comfortable providing support with daily activities in a respectful and empowering way. We want you on our team!!!!!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist with Hoyer lift transfers, ensuring safe and comfortable mobility.
Offer support in managing chronic pain and other health conditions under guidance.
Monitor the individual’s health status, including signs of anemia, and report any changes to the family or healthcare team.
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and supportive environment.
Maintain a clean and safe living space, including assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals and family.
Qualifications:
We have a variety of CNA and HHA openings available and are excited about matching you with a great opportunity! Take a look at the requirements below, to see what you’ll need to get started:
- Current CNA License or 75 Hour HHA Certificate (from accredited school/institution in FL)
- High school diploma
- Current hands on CPR Certification
- Appropriate documents required by the state in which you practice in
- 1+ years of CNA/HHA(HHA 75-hr Certificate must be from an accredited school/institution in Florida) experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years
- Proof of negative TB (titer/ chest X-Ray)
