Shifts: Fri & Sat, 10pm – 6am

NurseCore is seeking an overnight skilled nurse to provide full, complex home care for two adult male patients (brothers) concurrently in East Las Vegas (89110).

Responsibilities:

Ventilator management and monitoring
Tracheostomy suctioning and care
G-tube feedings and medication administration
Frequent turning to prevent skin breakdown
Bed baths and daily hygiene care
Diaper changes as needed

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
At least one year of post-grad experience
Skilled with vents, trachs, and G-tubes
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB results within the last 12 months
Successful completion of a background check
