💵 Pay: $34–$38/hr

🕐 Shifts: AM, PM, and NEW! 12-hour shifts in Arroyo Grande
🗓️ Schedule: PRN / Part-Time / Flexible

Hours and Locations
- Santa Maria: 8am–12pm and 4pm–8pm
- San Luis Obispo: Days/Evenings (covering 8am–10pm throughout the day)
- Saturdays & Sundays: Flexible between 8am and 10pm
- NEW Arroyo Grande:
- Day Shifts: 12 hours, 5 days a week
- Night Shifts: 12 hours, 3 nights a week

📝 What You’ll Do
- Provide patient care based on specific care plans and physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and other providers
- Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
- Accurately chart and report changes in patient conditions
- Communicate effectively with families and staff
- Perform all other duties as assigned
📋 Requirements
- Active LVN license in California
- 1 year of LVN experience within the last 3 years
- Current CPR (AHA or Red Cross, live demo)
- Negative TB test or Chest X-ray (within 12 months)
- Recent Physical Exam (within 12 months)
- Completed Skills Assessment
- Completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
