Clinical Supervisor - RN / Registered Nurse - Home Care
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence that can ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (But not Limited) to the following.
- Field work:
- Admissions
- Recertification and Supervisory Visits
- Skilled Care- Including visits and hourly care
- Medication administration
- Wound Care
- IVIG Infusions
- Any other skilled services as needed per physicians’ order
- Administrative
- Managing Physicians’ orders
- Care Coordination
- Caregiver pre-employment and ongoing training
- Quality Assurance/ Performance Improvement Activities
- Other Duties as assigned
- Credentials:
- Current Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the State of CO
- CPR- BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association Hands on)
- TB test completed within the last 12 months
- Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Experience or related field (ex. Hospice, IVIG, etc)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with direct supervision, including training, disciplinary and educational experience- Preferred
- Problem Solving skills
- Experience with EMR database and general Technical experience (Word, Excel, Email, etc)

Compensation
- The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
