NurseCore is hiring Registered Nurses (RN/Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in the Santa Maria and surrounding area if you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do: Licensed Vocational Nurse

  • Perform patient assessments and deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse 

  • Assist with medications and treatment orders per patient’s individualized plan of care 

  • Complete accurate documentation as part of maintaining patient records 

  • Communicating status updates with ordering providers and Care Teams 

  • Educate patients and Families on management of disease processes 

    Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of patient specific care plans under the supervision of qualified ordering providers 

  •  Perform patient assessments and direct patient care according to prescriber’s orders 

  • Supervision of ancillary services and employees (both skilled and non-skilled) 

  • Complete accurate documentation as part of maintaining patient records 

  • Coordination of care with providers and care teams 

  • Educate patients and families based on identified knowledge deficits 

Qualifications 

  • Active Unencumbered California LVN / RNLicense 

  • Minimum of 1 Year recent experience as a licensed nurse (Prior Home Health Experience is Preferred) 

  • Strong Clinical and Communication Skills 

  • Current valid CPR Certification including hands-on skills component (i.e. American Heart Association or American Red Cross) 

  • Negative TB test completed within the last 12 months 

  • Recent Physical Exam (within the last 12 months) 

California Compensation Notice: Pay range: RN: $33.00-$50.00/LVN $33.00-$38.000- based on experience, education, certifications, skills, location, and internal equity. May be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Eligible employees may access medical insurance, PTO, and other benefits per company policy
