We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to supervise our Santa Barbara team and grow into your clinical leadership skills. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who excels in clinical oversight, compliance, team development, and quality improvement.
 
Responsibilities:
                                        Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance
                                  Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred)
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California
  • 2+ years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field
  • Supervisory experience within the last 3 years

       Salary Range: $95,000 to $120,000 annually    
This range represents NurseCore’s good faith estimate of compensation in compliance with California pay transparency laws. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
