NurseCore is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem cases. Our caseload includes both pediatric and adult patients.

🩺 Stethoscope Checklist - Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate in-home care for patients with chronic health needs.
Support patients with G-tubes, and based on comfort level, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care.
Carry out additional nursing responsibilities tailored to each patient’s plan of care.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

💊 Prescription Pad - Requirements:

Active RN license in Nevada
Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience
Proven experience in G-tube care -- ventilators or trachs a plus
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB test within the past year.
