NurseCore is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide home health care for private duty and per diem cases. Our patients include both adults and pediatric care.

🩺 Stethoscope Checklist – Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate in-home care to patients with chronic conditions.
Assist patients with G-tubes, and, if comfortable, tracheostomies and ventilator care.
Perform nursing duties according to each patient’s personalized care plan.
Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care.

💊 Prescription Pad – Requirements:

Current LPN license in Nevada.
At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure.
Experience caring for patients with G-tubes; ventilators or trachs considered a plus.
Hands-on CPR certification up to date.
TB test negative within the past 12 months.
