NurseCore is seeking home care RNs and LPNs with at least one year of recent, hands-on experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators to provide independent care to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their own homes. 

Pay: 

  • RN: $40/hr.
  • LPN: $27/hr.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, including monitoring and support, as applicable to the patient.
  • Assess patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately to patient needs, including respiratory needs and ventilator alarms when applicable.
  • Follow individualized care plans and physician orders while providing safe, independent care in the home.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support quality patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
  • At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Recent, hands-on experience with G-tubes and tracheostomies. Recent ventilator experience highly preferred.
  • Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification .
  • Negative TB test within the past year
