💲 $45–$50/hr + $400 Sign-On Bonus
 

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated LVNs to join our home care team in Santa Barbara and Goleta.

Current Open Shifts:

  • Goleta: 7a–3p (Seizure precautions | Attend day program with client)

  • Santa Barbara: 11p–7a (Overnight monitoring | Pulse oximetry)
    Shifts available 7 days a week — pick the schedule that works for you.

Bonus for new hires only. First shift must be worked within 7 days of hire. 80 hours must be completed to receive the bonus.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct nursing care in the patient’s home

  • Monitor vital signs and perform assessments

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Provide seizure precautions and overnight monitoring

  • Communicate with supervising RN and care team

  • Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation

What You’ll Need:

  • Current LVN license (State of California)

  • CPR certification (in-person only)

  • Physical exam within the last 12 months

  • TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months

  • 1 year of LVN experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)

  • Completion of skills assessment for areas of experience
